Items are sent using a tracked service only, this is to protect my customers & myself should a query arise & to ensure the parcel reaches its destination.

Returns & Refunds Policy

​Returns:

Items can be returned, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery of the item(s), please post the item(s) back within 14 days of delivery, they must be packed securely (in original packaging preferably) and sent using a tracked service please inform us of the tracking number.

 

Refunds:

A refund will be issued once the item has arrived safely. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in the items value.
