Denby Pottery Greenwheat Casserole Dish
Vintage Denby Pottery casserole dish and lid, signed on the base by Albert College c.1960's
The Greenwheat range was designed and launched in the 1950's by Albert College, this lidded casserole dish has a white body hand painted with the Greenwheat design and a green lid, it's in good useable condition, it does have a small chip on the rim of the dish and the lid has some marks on the outside and inside surfaces commensurate with age and use (please see the last photo, I have used a 5p coin for scale)
MEASUREMENTS:
4+3/4" (12.1 cm) tall to the top of the lid finial
6+1/2" (16.5 cm) wide across the rim
4+3/8" (11.2 cm) wide across the foot
8+1/4" (21 cm) wide from handle to handle
